Since I got into Spellbinders' Bird Sanctuary recently and using thick shoebox cardboard to cut,
I wanted to do do put two birds together as one.
The sketch is simply elegant.
I cut a section off BoBunny noteworthy die-cut and placed it on a cream card,
tied a dark brown grosgrain ribbon and mounted it on a brown cardbase.
With two birds cut out using the Cuttlebug, I inked the edges slightly.
Glued the two birds together (one image in reverse)
and mounted them on the card.
Simply elegant and good for an engagement card, a wedding card or an anniversary card.
Sentiment? A simple
Congratulations would be fine.
This card is also for
365 Cards Day 174 ~ Surprise Inside.
The surprise is what the Chinese traditionally give ~
an angpow or red packet filled with money.
