Two Thank You Cards for Two Challenges

I am back with two cards in one post

and off to a 4-day silent retreat in a faraway hill tomorrow.

Both cards are made with the help of the Cuttlebug with Spellbinders dies,

and stamps from Hero Arts.

The first one is made for Friday Mashup FM85 ~ A Thankful Fall.

It is a pot of daisies made with love and gratitude.

The second card is made for Pals Paper Arts sketch challenge PPA147.

I turned the sketch clockwise and chose pink, green and white for a cheerful card.

colourQ Courtiers for cQc#161

Yet another nice surprise!!  This time with colourQ for the card I made with Mojo Monday's sketch MOJO265.  I was selected as one of the colourQ Courtiers for the challenge.  Many thanks to colourQ and the wonderful DTs for all the inspirations and recognition.  And thanks to Nance for your comment.  If I had not signed on my blog to read the comments, I would never have found out about this!!

Pals Paper Arts Artist Pick Winners - PPA146

Hurray!!  The last card I made before taking a hiatus to focus on healing is a PPA Artist Pick.  I have not been signing in to my blog to read the comments and decided to do so this evening.  Lo and behold, a message from Mike Funke to contact him.  I went into his profile to make sure it was not a hoax and found his delightful blog.  Thank you to all the wonderful DTs for the recognition.

with sentiment from Hero Arts Everyday Messages.

Papers used ~ vanilla DCWV, plain red card and recycled box card.

All on a white card.

Freshly Made with Dynamic Duos

This card is made for two of my favourite challenges
Dynamic Duos #26 ~ Monochromatic and Freshly Made Sketches FMS59

I have grown to love pairing color challenges with sketches.
I do not have the exact colours but I think the sketch turned out rather well.
The black banner is embossed with Sizzix Polka Dots.
The scalloped squares and butterflies are Spellbinders.

I love Mojo Monday MOJO265 so much that I made another card with the sketch.
This time with colourQ's cQc#161,
using orange, black, saffron and white cardstocks with
Cosmo Cricket's Salt Air paper,
Spellbinders Scalloped Circle and Dahlia dies,
and Kaiser Sentiment Rub on.
Completed the card with a black and white button.
