365 Cards Day 126 ~ Shape Up

Shape up with a minimum of 5 hearts.  For this card, I used patterned papers from Cardmaking and Papercraft magazine February issue for Valentine's Day.  Cut out five hearts and laid them out alongside a column of hearts.
